1. What a sample is
A sample is a real ARUON report from one dated run, with identifying details withheld, shown so you can judge what the product delivers. It is frozen to that run and is not refreshed: it is not a current answer about any market, site or parcel, including yours.
2. How you may use it
You may read a sample to evaluate ARUON's reports. Pages 1–2 are open to everyone; the rest opens when you enter your email. Viewing or unlocking a sample gives you no licence to copy, download, resell, redistribute, republish or build products or reports on it, in whole or in part.
3. Your copy is stamped
When you unlock a sample, every page of your copy carries your email address and the time you unlocked it. The unlock lasts 30 days and covers that one sample. The stamp exists so that a copy passed on can be traced back to the person who unlocked it.
4. Not advice
A sample is evidence and flags, not a recommendation. It is not investment, legal, engineering, appraisal or permitting advice, and no decision should rely on it. Figures in a sample carry their source and date; verify anything that matters with the source or a qualified professional.
5. Your email
The email you enter to unlock a sample is recorded with the time and the sample, under the ARUON Privacy Policy you agree to when you unlock.
